Consumer/Retailer
Chateau Import is a wholesaler and therefore will not directly interact with the end consumer.
In extremely rare occasions that product defect as occurred, the end consumer must contact the retail store where product was purchased.
Chateau import offer a 1 year limited warranty on all products, however if product is assembled incorrectly, misused or purchased second hand said warranty is void.
Customer must provide to Retailer proof of purchase, by way of the bill of sale and either provide pictures or bring in part required for warranty. At which time the retailer will contact Chateau Imports.
For parts please allow a 4 weeks period to receive parts, some parts may not readily be available, due to a variety of factors, such as product discontinuation, or awaiting supplies from our overseas factory.
Chateau Imports stands by its Retailers and product.

Chateau Import is a importer of quality home furnishing from around the globe, from a variety of manufacturer. Therefore product specification can be changed by the manufacturer without notice.
We ship within Canada only
Customer can chose which mode of transport is required, however all transport is COLLECT. This mode of transport will remain on customer account, unless Chateau is properly notify of a change.
Any damaged product received, must be noted immediately, and be reported to the Transport company as well as Chateau.
If product is returned without a RMA (return authorization number), it will be refused.
